You can see this kind of new construction all over old Portland neighborhoods like Cully and elsewhere. It looks like 2 lots were subdivided into 3 lots. Apparently some people have a problem with this kind of "urban infill" housing.
I don't have a problem with it. I see opportunities for home ownership, and a viable solution for increasing density instead of sprawling over farmland. It's all beautiful.
This kind of thing can be done less well or more well, but I'd say these are typical and not objectionable at all. They are part of the solution, not the problem.
