I'm such a policy wonk I actually do know what this sign means, but I have to wonder what passers by make of it as they cross 162nd at Stark heading to Gresham.

Weed and seed... weedy and seedy... too many seeds in the weed... so many possible jokes, so little time.

But seriously folks, you can learn all about it from your federal government.
