2004-10-30, at boundary of Montvallia (to the right) and Roseway / Madison South (to the left). 82nd Avenue also marks, roughly, the political/social divide between East (relatively right wing) and West (relatively left wing) Multnomah County. This is a real place between places, an interstitial place, if you will.
